Shipping Information
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth process, please review our policy below.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and quality assurance, these items cannot be returned:
- Seamless Underthings (hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items (including monogrammed robes or pajamas)
- Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item details (name, size/color)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with instructions
- Ship Back: Package item securely with original packaging and order confirmation

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For international returns, you’re also responsible for any customs fees.
Refund Process:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refund issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges:
For size/color exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Bridal Party Returns:
For brides managing returns for bridesmaids or wedding party members, please include the bridal party member’s name in your request for efficient coordination.
