- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must accompany the return
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Seamless Underthings (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items (including monogrammed robes or pajamas)
- Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
